Our mission
Temple Stands Together is a Texas not-for-profit corporation with a stated mission of:
Social welfare by acting as a political watchdog for local city and county politics in Temple TX and Bell County, educating citizens on current issues, raising funds for legal action and engaging in lobbying and recall campaigns when necessary.
The organization is nonpartisan, taking action based only on issues or officials that have demonstrated potential harm to the community.
Who we are
We are Temple residents and Bell County residents. We have lived here for years, and we care about our community and the investment we have put into this town.
We are truly cross-partisan. We come from all backgrounds, parties and faiths.
What binds us together is love. Love for this community and love for each other.
If you are in fear, or don’t want to work with your neighbor because of differences, search your own heart. We are in this together. The greatest commandment is Love.
We do not view our city officials as adversaries; they are our neighbors who have served the City of Temple for years. However, we do believe they are operating under a dangerous misconception that corporate expansion should come at the cost of our basic resources. We are gathering to ensure this error is corrected through peaceful, organized action.

We have had some employees approach us who are not willing to risk their jobs by becoming whistleblowers, but have offered good information to point us in the right direction. If you would like to help anonymously, we will respect your privacy. Send us information.
